General Education Committee Update (1811)
●Bethany Ishii introduced a Senior student survey which is being proposed to be given to seniors in order to assess the effectiveness and awareness of General Education at Westmont
Petition Committee Update (1815)
●Jordan brought up how many students don’t know they are crossing academic rules until it's too late
○Wants to try to increase awareness of these little known policies that can have significant impact on students
Interviews with Horizon (1818)
●Savannah wants to partner WCSA with the Horizon in order to create a regular are of the Horizon that allows WCSA to communicate with the student body

○Talking about possibly helping with increasing their internet presence
Zippi wants professors to eat better (1827)
●Peter brings up problem with Take a Professor to lunch program
●Noah and Leandra mention they had similar website problems with the freshman application on sunday, which is now resolved
●After looking on the website it was found that the problem had been resolved
Discussion of Freshman elections campaign info session (1832)
●Noah overviewed what will happen tomorrow at the info session
●Clarified that he can see every vote cast so any chance of foul play can be investigated

●Peter discusses how after talking with Danny Klapp he thinks that things will go well and positive change is in order

●The Appropriation of Funds for 1st Presidential Debate Party bill presented by Peter and Bethany in the Senate (passed 4-0 in the senate)

Committee Update (1909)
●Might be doing a committee swap between Ben and Caleb
●Noah gave an update on the Communications Board
○Talked about budgets and the large sum of money that came back to WCSA and where it came from
●Leandra: talking about the strategic planning committee
○President is usually on it
○But all of Leandra’s finals are the next day so she is willing to let Ben be on it
