Qualifications
- Open to all seniors who have attended two years of high school in Conrad, Montana
- Open to all scholastic fields or trades
Requirements
- Transcript must be furnished by principal or counselor
- Three recommendation forms must be completed by the following:
- Pastor of church of attendance
- High school principal
- One classroom teacher or employer
- If no church affiliation, then student may substitute with second teacher or employer recommendation
- NOTE: Letters of recommendation must be returned to the Guidance Counselor’s office, 308 South Illinois, Conrad MT 56425, prior to 4:00 P.M. on the last school day of April.
- Applicant must report a list of other scholarships received and those applied for.
- All applications must be submitted to the Guidance Office by 4:00 P.M. on the last school day in April

This form should be filled out by the applicant and mailed with an official transcript of high school work to the Conrad High School Guidance Office (308 S. Illinois) prior to May 1st.
