DATE AND TIME:Saturday March 9th. One session.
Warm-ups 8:00am–9:30am. Competition begins at 9:45am.
Coaches will be notified of warm up times. Warm up times and lanes will also be posted onpool wall.
FACILITY:Indoor 25 yard, 8 lane pool with bottom stripes, and non-turbulent lane separators. Limited seating in pool area. Swimmers and families are asked to sit in the gym.
RULES:This will be a timed final meet. Age as of the day of the meet will determine
age group swimmer competes in.
ENTRIES:Each swimmer may swim in 4 individual events and two relays. Swimmers
may move up to the next age group for relays. Send swimmers best competitive YARD times. Teams are urged to submit entries using HYTEK’s “Team Manager” program.

DEADLINE:Entries and fees must be received by Friday March 1, 2013.
ENTRY FEES:$3.00 per event.
$6.00 per relay

SEEDING: Seeding will be based on submitted entry times.
Deck entries will be accepted on lane availability. No new heats will be formed.
AWARDS:Ribbons for 1st through 12th place.
Relays – 1st – 3rd.
Team Trophies for top 3 scoring teams.

CONCESSION/SWIM GEAR:We will have a full concession stand and a wide variety of
swim gear accessories available.
TEAM RESPONSIBILITY: Each team will be responsible for 1 timer spot for entire meet.
