-Authorize staff to begin the search process for a $35 million active High Yield/Bank Loan Manager. The funding source will be determined at a later date.

- Authorize staff to begin the search process for a $50 million active & enhanced index Large Cap Core Manager(s). The funding source will be determined at a later date.

- Authorize staff to begin the search process for an active Small Cap Growth Manager. The amount of the mandate and funding source will be determined at a later date.

- Rebalance $15,000,000 from the S&P 500 ETF account to the Ashmore Local Currency Fund account

- Redeem $20,000,000 from Ironwood International, Ltd.

- High Yield/Bank Loan Manager Search Timeline and Criteria.
