Thank you for your interest in using Chelsea Physic Garden as a location for your filming or photoshoot. We are happy to accommodate a variety of requests, and assess each application on a case by case basis.

The following guidelines apply to the majority of filming or photoshootrequests:

• All requests must initially be submitted to
• Fee –dependant on Garden exposure/impact on Garden/staff resources
• A copy of your insurance documents must be provided
• A recee is recommended (particularly for filming as we are under a flight path)
• An itinerary detailing timings of the shoot is required prior to the day
• All filming and photoshoots will be accompanied by staff at all times – therefore your filming times will be dependent on staff being available
• The impact on the Garden will be considered, and any requests deemed to be a risk to the Garden and visitor enjoyment of the Garden will not be accepted
• No filming can take place at any time that the Garden has been hired for a private event, which includes most Saturdays
• Crew size must not exceed that which is agreed with the Garden
• Extra fees may be incurred if the agreed time is exceeded.
