Vice President:Requirements have not been established yet (contrary to last weeks minutes). They will be developed soon though!
Secretary: Make sure to email me before the meeting if you won’t be at the meeting!
Treasurer: $2,270 from Role Models. Budget Hearings are this upcoming week.

Advertising: New advertising slides will be up in March

Committee Report: Movie committee will meet this weekend. Look for an email from Kyle about when and where.
Old Business: Invisible Children: There was a mix up last week with the group that is putting on the movie. The movie will now show this Sunday (Feb 22). T-Shirts: Film Board will purchase 100 T-shirts from Superior Graphics. A final price to Film Board members will be determined at a later date.
New Business: Film Board Webpage: Aaron proposed developing a new Film Board Webpage using Drupal (a web design tool). The new website will allow Film Board to do a lot more with our webpage (RSS feeds, photo galleries, etc.). Move to provide Aaron Webmaster Officer Pay in exchange for his work on a new Film Board webpage: Passed (17/0/2). Film Board Booth: Booth is off limits until further notice because people are not taking care of it! Digital Cinema Conference: Randy, Wes, Ali, and Kyle D. would like to go to Las Vegas for a Digital Cinema Conference. They will be asking USG for money but would like to get money for food from Film Board. Move to ask USG for Flight & Hotel costs and for Film Board to provide a to-be-determined amount for food not exceeding $1,000: Passed (17/0/1). Transporter 3: Some Film Board members would like to still show Transporter 3. Move to show Transporter 3 in exchange for a movie later in the semester: Tabled.
Elect New Members:
Move to accept Heather Reed (contingent on 2.0 GPA). Passed (verbal).
