FFA & SAE

FFA is the leadership development component and an integral part of the curriculum in an Agriculture Education Program. The primary purpose is to enhance your educational experience through leadership development, competition, recognition, and recreation. There are many opportunities available through the FFA. Proper behavior will earn students the right to attend field trips and participate in FFA activities. Each student will also be expected to plan and pursue a Supervised Agricultural Experience Project (SAE). This project will deliver education outside the classroom. Records will be up-dated weekly documenting the progress of the plan.

All FCPS Code of Conduct and disciplinary guidelines will be followed. Classroom procedures will be established and followed. Failure to abide by these may result in elimination from lab activities and certain field trips. I will not tolerate disturbances that interfere with my teaching and/or any student from learning. Students will be expected to behave in a civilized manner.
