FERRARI LAUNCHES THE ULTIMATE MOTORSPORT FAN CLUB

Ferrari will launch on the 1 January 2006 the ultimate fan club with the Scuderia Ferrari Club uniting all its clubs worldwide under a new non-profit company that will provide members with unrivalled access to Ferrari.

The new company has Ferrari S.p.A. as its founding club, with a Capital of 105,000 Euro. For obvious reasons, including the use of brand names, it is planned that Ferrari will remain the majority share holder.

All clubs currently recognised by Ferrari will be invited to the first official appearance of the 2006 F1 car, due to take place at Mugello in the second half of January. At this event and in the presence of a public notary, club presidents will be able to draw up subscription documents, with all relevant costs met by Ferrari.

Existing clubs can join at a cost of 200 Euro per year, which, among other benefits will see the club provided with the identification badges for their members, letterheads and posters to decorate their clubhouses, while an extra 40 Euro one-off payment is needed to enrol in "Scuderia Ferrari Club."

Individual members will pay a subscription of 20 Euro plus VAT per year (5 Euro plus VAT for family and junior membership.) They will receive a personal membership card with which they can enjoy planned benefits and services, at no additional cost.

The main advantages are factory visits at Maranello, attending Formula 1 test days, free tickets to the Ferrari grandstands at the Imola and Monza GPs for Friday practice, discount on products from the Ferrari Store at Maranello and discount admission to the Galleria Ferrari, as well as for Ferrari events and functions. In addition, they will have access to a special section on the site, which provides live news on the company and its Formula 1 activity, including videos.

The new programme maintains the identity of the local Clubs and their Presidents. They will continue to be the meeting point for the Marque's supporters, ensuring correct behaviour in promoting events which will be discussed and decided up by the relevant Committee, elected and made up of representatives of these same clubs.

New clubs, constituted as a free association of people, can also join "Scuderia Ferrari Club" and be represented by a President, as long as they have sufficient members. Ferrari announces to all its fans that, as from 1st January, all existing clubs and their members will be reunited under the banner of "Scuderia Ferrari Club", a new non-profit making limited company.
