Fees & Charges Schedule

(This fee & charges schedule is valid for 2016 course programs)

VCCI is a Provider of Post School Education and Training (PSET) and operates in accordance with the requirements of the Vanuatu Quality Training Framework (VQTF2010) standards and conditions of registration. VCCI is entitled to charge fees for services provided to students undertaking a course of study. These fees are for items such as training and assessment services, course materials, administration and student services. We regularly review our Fees and Charges Schedule.

When and how to make payments

Fees are payable when you receive confirmation of enrolment. VCCI may cancel your enrolment if fees are not paid as required. You may make payments by Cash, Cheque or direct bank deposit.

FEES PAYMENT AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

A. Payment of training fees

1.  Full payment for module(s) of CBM and CBF is to be done before entering the classroom with the Accounts Officer.

2.  For any partial payment, students are required to complete the payment of each module attended before attending the following module with the Accounts Officer.

B. Withdrawal from module(s)/course of training

1.  Refunds are not allowed at VCCI except on the approval of Module/Course Withdrawal Form submitted to VCCI Student Services.

2.  Module/Course Withdrawal Form is to be completed with justification for withdrawal from student.

3.  Approved refund payment may take 2 days as per administrative procedures.

2. Other Charges
The following are other charges for incidental costs that may apply to your course. Full payment of charges for incidentals must be done before it can be processed.

Academic Transcript / VT 1,000 / Course fees must be completely paid. There are no outstanding fees.
Student Reference Letter / VT 500 / Course taken must be completed and course fees completely paid.
Student Support Letter / VT 500 / There must be a valid reason for VCCI to support you in this letter.
Work Attachment Letter / VT 500 / Course taken must be completed and course fees completely paid.
Issuing of Certificate / VT 300 / Course fees must be completely paid. There are no outstanding fees.
Reissue of Certificate / VT 500 / Must apply for new certificate: Submit a Re-issue Certificate Request Form
Job Application Letter / VT 1,000 / Completed course and course fees completely paid.
Graduation Uniform / VT 2,500 / Only if you are eligible for graduation. (To be advised by VCCI)
