Training Material (TM) Template Version 1.0

1.  Introduction

The training manual is intended to allow the users of the VCS – sales agents, sales managers and admins, to understand the functionality of the system and how to use the system.

2.2  Measure of Success

The client can easily navigate through functionality of the system with minimum help from the team.

2.3  Training of Others

Since the system is being used in-house, Charles will be responsible for training his employees and colleagues on how to use the system.

3.  Tutorial and Sample Data

The VCS has been integrated into the client’s current CRM and thus, the target users do not need to be trained to increase familiarity or comfort with the system. For training and demonstration purposes the following users were created with the corresponding access privileges and number & customer allocations:

·  1 admin + sales manager

·  3 sales agents

·  1 sales manager

Along with this, a dataset of leads/customers were created containing dummy information for 8 leads. The phone numbers used for the leads came from the team members contact numbers (as we needed these to be functional numbers for demonstration and testing).

4.  Training Feedback

After the first training session, the client was satisfied with the functionality of the system and provided feedback to make a few changes to how things were being done or displayed such as in retrieval of call logs. We achieved our success measure of easy to navigate system and timely functioning system.

In the upcoming session, we plan to achieve final product acceptance and ensure the system is right and easy to navigate.
