Exhibit 1

Education:

Level 1: High School Degree or Equivalent GED, to have the qualifications to meet a level one status the employee must have a High School Degree or the equivalent measures.

Level 2: Associate’s Degree, to have level 2 status, all employees must have an associate’s degree to be qualified for the position.

Level 3: Bachelor’s Degree, For an employee to have a position that requires a level 3 status the employee must have the proper qualifications of an Bachelor’s Degree.

Level 4: Master’s/PHD, to acquire a position that demands level 4 qualifications all employees must have a Master’s or PHD.

Experience:

Level 1: A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a related field is required for a level one position.

Level 2: A minimum of 3 years experience in a related field is required for an employee to be considered for a level 2 position.

Level 3: For an employee to reach a level 3, they must first have a minimum of 4 years experience in the appropriate field.

Level 4: A minimum of 5 years experience in a related field is required for a level 4 position.

Level 5: For an employee to reach a Level 5 position they must first have a minimum of 6 years experience in the appropriate field.

Technical Error:

Level 1: No effect, the degree to which the decisions you make on the job affect the company’s performance. The decisions you make have none or little effect on the company’s performance.

Level 2: Minor effect, your job performance has a significant effect on the outcome of the company. The decisions you make are relevant to the companies overall performance and outcome.

Level 3: Major effect, the outcome of your job performance creates major decisions for the company. The company goes how you go. If you perform well the company does well, if you perform poorly the company does poorly.

Creative/Innovation:

Level 1: Your position in the company requires no creativeness on your part. You are given a job outline that you must perform and not vary from.

Level 2: Mid-Level Creativity, your position in the company requires building upon others creativity and feeding each other’s ideas. An employee is not required to come up with ideas of their own but to build upon co-workers suggestions.

Level 3: Requires an employee to be creative and innovative. To reach a level 3 ranking an employee must create new ideas for the company and stay in front of the competition. A level 3 employee is required to come up with ideas of their own.

Skill & Abilities:

Level 1: Basic Computer Skills, including MS Office, Windows OS familiarity, and employee must also have a good work ethic, the ability to work in a team, time management skills, and communication/presentation skills.

Level 2: Managerial Skills, and intermediate Level 1 Skills, including Access, Visual Basic (VB), HTML, familiarity with XML, ASP, or others for computer skills

Level 3: Advanced Levels 1 & 2 Skills, including Oracle, MySQL, or C++, Experience with Visual, or HTML, XML, Javascript, possibly some ERP familiarity, or Unix, Linux, and Solaris for computer skills.

Level 4: Expert Levels 1-3 Skills, including ERP Operation Experience (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft) for computer skills.
