FasHION ON THE STREETS – INSTAGRAM COMPETITION

  1. To participate in the Spring Fashion in the City competition, you must post a photo of yourself and /or your friends on Instagram holding or wearing your latest spring fashion clothing or accessory purchase, tagging @cityofadelaide and #fashiononthestreetsofADL.
  2. Your Instagram account must be on public settings for the Adelaide City Council to be notified and view your entry.
  3. This competition starts on Monday 12th October 2015 and ends on Friday 23rd October 2015 at 3.00pm.
  4. There will be 1 prize up to the value of $400made up of a selection of shopping vouchers from Rundle Street, Melbourne Street and O’Connell Street retailers. The assessment will be based on, image creativity and inspiring others to get involved in the Fashion in the City competition.
  5. The winners will be selected by the Adelaide City Council on the 23rdof October.
  6. The winner will be notified through direct response viaInstagramto arrange collection of the prize.
  7. If the winner does not respond to the direct response within24 hours the prize will be issued to next runner up.
  8. Entries are unlimited as long as the #fashiononthestreetsofADL hashtag is used and the person/s in the image are holding or wearing spring fashion pieces, whether it beclothing or accessories. Entries including inappropriate content will be disqualified at Adelaide City Council’s discretion.
  9. The entrant warrants having the photographer’s permission to submit the photo and provides a free and perpetual licence to Adelaide City Council to use the photo for promotional purposes. The entrant warrants all people in the photo have provided permission for the photo to be used by Adelaide City Council for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media.
  10. Adelaide City Council staff directly related to the Spring Fashion in the City Team and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
  11. The decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The Adelaide City Council makes no representation, expressly or implied, as to the quality, reliability or suitability of the prize and expressly disclaims any liability. Any problems associated with the prize should be brought to the attention ofthe respective retailer listed on the voucher.
