GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.This meeting is held subject to Rules 1(ii), 18, 19A, 19C, 20, 21, 22, 23, 52(v), 86, 91, 96, 264 and Rules 272 to 280, 296, 297, and Appendix B (Regulations for Point-to-Point Steeplechases) of Irish National Hunt Steeplechase Rules.
2.Nominations for these races can only be made and accepted on the condition that the Nominator, or their Representative (the person in charge of the horse), and the Rider of the horse shall subject themselves in all aspects to the rules laid down and decisions made by the Stewards of the Irish National Hunt Steeplechase Committee and the Stewards of the Meeting.
3.No horse shall start for any race at this meeting unless a Hunter’s Certificate has been registered therefor at the Office of the Irish National Hunt Steeplechase Committee and published in the Irish Racing Calendar.
4.No horse that has won a race under any recognised Rules of Racing or Steeplechase Rules in any country (except races confined to horses requiring a Hunter’s Certificate or Private Sweepstakes) since October 1st, one year previously, shall be eligible to be entered or run in a Point-to-Point Steeplechase.
5.No horse shall be eligible to be entered or run in a Maiden Point-to-Point Steeplechase if it has won a race under any recognised Rules of Racing or Steeplechase Rules in any country.
6.No horse shall be eligible to be entered or to run in an Open Point-to-Point Steeplechase (i.e. one not confined to the Hunt or Hunts holding the Meeting) in any season after it has won six such Open races in that season.
7.The course will be marked out two or three days before the Meeting, when competitors may walk the course, but no riding over it will be allowed, or horse and rider will be disqualified.
8.The Entry Fee for each horse for each race must be paid with the entry.
9.Riders to leave all red flags on the right, white flags on the left.
10.All races to be ridden in colours declared at entry. Riders are responsible for wearing the colours printed on the race card, failure to do so will result in a €20 fine being imposed.
11.All runners must be declared to the Clerk of the Scales at least one hour before the advertised start time of each race.
12.Permits to ride must be available at the Scales.
13.No person other than a Qualified Rider under I.N.H.S Rules shall ride in a Point-to-Point race.
14.Every Owner shall pay a levy of €10 per race to the Qualified Riders Accident Fund. This amount is included in the entry fee.
15.No horse may be entered for more than one race at this meeting.
16.Owners are responsible for ensuring that the horse carries the correct weight.

Upon receipt of I.N.H.S. Certificate Horse Racing Ireland will contribute €11,725 towards staging of this fixture.
