Fannin County Citizens Hear About Game Room Theft Case
and Burglaries During Grand Jury Session
Criminal District Attorney Richard Glaser reports that on Thursday, March19, 2015, the Grand Jury met to consider sixteen(16) cases. Fifteen (15)cases were True Billed or indicted and filed with the District Clerk. The Fannin County Grand Jury has returned 76 true bills of indictment so far in 2015.
It is important to note that an indictment is a formal charge and should not be considered as evidence of guilt and that all persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
