·  Complete the following application (typed) and attach a cover letter, professional résumé, academic transcript (unofficial), and up to three letters of recommendation. At least one letter should come from a member of the Texas Tech faculty or administration. Recommendation letters may be addressed to Missi Barton. Letters may be emailed (), hand delivered with the application, or mailed.
