On behalf of the Falkland & District Community Association, we invite you to become a sponsor of one of BC’s oldest, premier outdoor pro-rodeo events – The Falkland Stampede.
The Falkland Stampede is an exciting, fun filled family entertainment event held annually on the Victoria Day weekend and draws approximately 6,000 spectators to the region during these 3 days of rodeo performances. Over 300 cowboys and cowgirls enter any of the 7 major events entertaining our crowds for approximately 4 hours each day. During these hours, your company is well promoted. Operation, management and promotion of the rodeo are entirely dependent on volunteer support from the town of Falkland as well as the financial support from valued companies such as yours.
Included with this letter you will find a Sponsorship Rate Sheet 2017 that will detail for you the types of sponsorship packages available as well as the corresponding benefits your company will receive when you sign on with us. We assure you that your ads will go in the Official Stampede Program to be sold at the event. Please don’t be confused by another company claiming to be selling ad space for the Falkland Stampede Program.
Please join us in helping the community of Falkland host another successful rodeo. This is the most important fund raising effort of the year for our association and what we see as profit will determine how well we can support our non-profit groups for the remainder of the year. Your investment in our community helps organizations such as our Seniors Group, the Multi-purpose Ice Rink, the Curling Rink and the Falkland-Westwold First Responders.
