Enclosed is my nonrefundable deposit of $60, to be credited toward my tuition fee of $550. Final tuition fee is due June 1, 2015.

Included in the $550 tuition fee are the welcome reception and dinner on Friday, July 17 and lunch each day through Tuesday, July 21. Breakfasts, dinners (except first evening dinner) and overnight accommodation are not included in the above fee. Participants make their own hotel reservations.
Arrangements can be made for full meal-plan during the conference to cover all meals (4 breakfasts and 3 dinners) through lunch on Tuesday, July 21 for an additional cost of $180.

Students wishing to register for a generative workshop will be writing during the conference, therefore a shorter prose sample of five pages or two poems should be submitted for review.
