Friday morning’s tour will depart the Comfort Inn and stop at the Leo Warren Car Collection, containing many interesting antique automobiles and automobilia. The tour will continue on to Tecumseh for a trip on a train in the picturesque River Raisin Valley known for its fall colors. After returning to Tecumseh, lunch will be consumed in downtown Tecumseh.

In the afternoon, roads winding through the picturesque Irish Hills will lead us to the Michigan International Speedway for a conducted tour of this awe inspiring temple of automotive speed. Leaving the speedway, the return will include a stop for ice cream at a vintage ice cream parlour in Jackson.

Saturday morning the vehicles will depart the Comfort Inn for the Timeless Iron collection of antique steam traction engines and other large pieces of equipment. From Timeless Iron, the pavement will lead to Ye Ole Carriage House where await a fine accumulation of antique automobiles (many built in Jackson), and nostalgic Coca – Cola paraphernalia. Lunch will be devoured in the cafeteria at Spring Arbor College (Don’t worry, no one will ask for your student I.D.).

From lunch, the tour will take a musical turn, with a visit to the Lee Conklin Reed Organ Museum, where there may be a chance to pump and play. Leaving the ethereal sounds behind, the tour will make its way back along quiet roads to the hotel.

Saturday evening’s banquet is to be served at Cascades Manor, a Tudor style building which has been situated in its park settings for many generations. Our guest speaker will expand on the history of automobile production in Jackson.

Sunday morning there is an optional tour to nearby Adrian, Michigan for the Irish Hills Region, A.A.C.A.’s 51st Swap & Sell Meet with an additional car show.
