Shipped on one truck from the factory and installed in one day, Trident features the no-risk TensileCore engineered concrete system. It is built with advanced methods for superior structural integrity, producing a longer-lasting scale. Fairbanks’ exclusive Intalogix technology is a standard feature of the Trident. Intalogix achieves the highest levels of accuracy, reliability and surge protection to provide the most dependable system available in today’s weighing equipment.

The Trident features no risk concrete, with factory-controlled concrete mix, cure and finish. It is a longer lasting scale, with the benefits of better wearing concrete over steel. The Trident uses engineered 8,000 psi concrete finished under ACI (American Concrete Institute) guidelines. The incredibly strong modules are built to federal bridge standards and the Trident boasts the lowest deflection in the industry.

The Trident’s open bottom design creates a natural ventilation system and the solid deck design resists deflection and metal fatigue. It is equipped with extremely durable armored stainless steel load cell cabling. Hermetically sealed load cells are protected from moisture. The Trident also features encapsulated circuit boards – an innovation exclusively offered by Fairbanks.
