Brief Statement of Research Interest / My Master’s thesis was the Inmmunomodulatory effects of Excenel TM (ceftiofur Sodium) on Broiler chicks. In which it was tested, that the ceftiofur sodium a new life saving agent and research product of Pfizer brought to the veterinary market for the treatment of all animal species, would have any immunodepressive effects on the broiler chicks and at the time will it increase the weight of broiler chicks. In this research Newcastle disease titers were checked post administration of the drug and the available antibody to IBD.
