Still working on buying harnesses whenever they are needed. Will purchase four harnesses.

CRC got a grant to do all of the settlement houses for solar. So may not need CEC to do it.

Tricia Wheeler – New Bakery. Is still on the plan

Andrea has a new roof, so may want a commercial roofer to install racking anchors. Looking toward autumn 2015 for her project installation.

5. P.A.C.E. - Craig Foster - Property Assessed Clean Energy – legalized in OH in 2010. Borrow money for solar or energy efficiency and it goes to a special assessment on your tax bill. It stays with the property. Commercially it is being used. 100K per property, $5mil. max. Savings have to exceed payment.

Residentially, FANIMAE.FMAC won’t do it because the assessment comes first if the house goes into repo. Bill Sprately, Green Energy of Ohio, might know if anything is moving in central Ohio. Need to create a special improvement district. Craig is going to talk to Marilyn Brown. MORPC may be interested. Kristen O’Keefe is the contact. They may move ahead with PACE and keep residential as an option. Karen Day is alos looking into the CBUS Green Plan to review their energy criteria.

Greg Pace - Solar Power Purchasing Agreements committee. ThirdParty Company comes in and sells the power by putting the array on the house. Federal Income tax credit is available for the Third part that installs the solar. Essentially, leasing.

Whetstone Parking Lot covered by Solar Power. We would need to find an investor

6. Home energy Efficiency - Eugene Beer - Equilibrium Systems for Flat roofs weighted down on roofs by ballasts – concrete type bricks.
