Each Lab is worth 5pts. You may only have a total of 10pts extra credit for 2nd marking period. You must hand in a certificate & do an online review of the lab when you are done (see link & instructions below).

This project is being conducted by the Community Review System (CRS)
(http://crs.dlese.org). The CRS is part of the Digital Library for Earth System Education (DLESE) (http://www.dlese.org ). This free library has over 9000 online resources.
Since studying Earth Science is vital to understanding the Earth System, it makes sense to involve students like you in this project. During this project, your instructor will ask you to use DLESE resources that he or she has chosen. After you’ve used each resource, you will be asked to complete a “learner review” of that resource. These reviews will represent an important contribution to the project.
DIRECTIONS
1. Open the project web page at: http://crs.dlese.org/K12pilot
2. Click on your instructor’s name
3. Click on the name of the resource (Web Lab) you have just finished using.
4. At the bottom of the page, click on “Review.” In the box type your email address.
5.There will be a drop-down menu containing a list of group identifiers.
Click on CGSp05
6. Click on “Continue.”
7. On the next page, under where it says “Choose the appropriate track,” click on
“Learner.” Doing so will bring you to the first of four pages of the learner review.
8. Complete the review by clicking the applicable radio button (○) and by entering text in the boxes. Please comment appropriately in each box.
9. Once you click “submit,” you are finished with your review.
