  1. Survey on Cyber Bullying ( for secondary teachers)

Dear potential participants,

I am doing a master degree in psychology and completing a thesis as part of the course. I’d like to know about secondary school teachers being cyberbullied by students or parents, and how this affects their use of social media. To this end, I would appreciate you taking 2 to 3 minutes to fill in a survey by clicking on

Please note that this study has been approved by the QUT Human Research Ethics Committee (approval number 1500000889). I really hope you can help me out. The survey will be available between June 6th and September 30th 2016.

Many thanks for your consideration of this request.

  1. Children with ASD – recruiting prep teachers for survey

My name is RhyleeSulek and I am currently undertaking a PhD at Griffith University. My project is looking to improve outcomes for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who attend mainstream schools. As part of my project I am looking to recruit Australian Prep Teachers who currently teach a child with ASD, to complete a survey. This survey will take approximately 20 minutes and will ask questions about a number of practices that are used to support children with ASD. Please follow this link

for more information if you are interested in participating and fit the criteria. Recruitment for this study will close end of August 2016.

  1. Handwriting/keyboarding skills ( for primary teachers) ( also in attachment with graphics)

Handwriting, keyboarding, or both? That is the question.

Do you prefer to write on paper – or – write using a computer and keyboard? Or – do you do both – for different reasons?

How important are handwriting and computer keyboarding skills in 2016?

What do you think?

This study is being conducted by Dr Noella Mackenzie, a senior lecturer in literacy studies in the CSU School of Education in Albury-Wodonga. Noella has been researching the teaching and learning of writing for a number of years. Her latest study is titled: Handwriting, keyboarding, or both? That is the question.

To answer this question she needs help from parents of school aged children and primary school teachers (current and retired).

The findings of the study will be reported in ways that may influence future practice in schools

If you are interested in completing an anonymous online survey (it takes approximately 15 mins to complete) please follow this link
