How it works…

1) You complete the New Client Intake Form which asks you questions about your current lifestyle. From this information, I can assess your goals and help determine what needs to be done to help you reach them. This is where I would help you determine what Health and Fitness Program is best for you. Some people just need assistance with creating workouts or getting their diet in order, but most people need assistance with BOTH in order to really create lasting results.

2) After you fill out the form and I asses it, I will share my Preliminary Evaluation , outlining what your program would look like and answer any questions you might have. Once you approve this plan, we process the payment for the program via Paypal.

3) After I receive your payment, I create your 100% Custom, Personal Health and Fitness Program. I ask that you please allow 24-48 hours before you receive your program- since all of my programs are custom, it takes some time for me to complete it and triple check that everything is perfect before sending it to you.

4) Once you receive your Program, I allow a 24 hour 'grace' period before your Program officially begins. This allows you time to read over your plan carefully, go grocery shopping and make other preparations.

5) Once a week, you willchoose a designated day in which you will check in with me. You will complete a quick Weekly Check-in Form that asks a few questions about that weeks' weight, measurements, eating habits and workouts. This is how I monitor your progress and make changes as necessary. I will update your plan at this time to ensure you are always making progress towards your goal. I will send you back my feedback and any changes that need to be made.

6) All of my clients receive access to me via email and personal contact information to ensure that no question or concern goes unanswered. You may also join the EXLR8 Personal Fitness Training Group on Facebook for my friends and clients to share their stories, motivate each other and share exclusive content!

IS ONLINE COACHING RIGHT FOR ME? If you are capable of reading and following directions, YES! It comes down to this- if you want it bad enough, you will follow through. It is really that simple. If you hire a in-person trainer at your local gym, you will get 1 workout a week (for $75+ per session)... who is going to manage the other 167 hours of your life? I am not just a Personal Trainer, I am a Personal Program Designer. I attack each goal from allaspects to guarantee you are reaching your goals, not just kick your butt for an hour and send you on your way.

WHAT IF IDONT HAVE EXPERIENCEWORKING OUT?My program are customized according to your goals and current abilities. Whether you have access to a gym or not, your workouts will reflect accordingly. I attach video links to each and every exercise I prescribe my clients to ensure that they are aware of how to do the exercise properly. I strive to provide my clients with as much detail and explanation as I can about every workout, exercise and recommendation.
