Application is hereby made by the undersigned exhibit space at the ING Edmonton Marathon Family Festival Expo to be held August 10-12, 2007 at the Shaw Conference Centre 9797 Jasper Ave.

PRICING

- Booths 9-12: $500 (Plus applicable GST)

-Booths 1-8, 13-20: $250 (Plus applicable GST)

All booths include:

One (1) 8’x30’’ Table with white plastic covering

Two (2) folding chairs

Power can be provided at an additional cost.

*All exhibitor set-ups and displays are to be approved by the management to ensure they meet the event standards.

APPROVAL AND SUBMISSION

The applicant must provide payment in full with this Application via cheque, payable to Edmonton Marathon, [mailing address is: Running Room Canada Inc. Attn: Liz Britton, 9750-47ave, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 5P3]. If a cheque does not accompany this application, a valid Credit Card number must be provided with the intention that a 50% deposit shall be payable on said credit card to hold the preferred spaces. A cheque payable for full amount must be provided within 48 hours of submission of his Application. A fee of $30 will apply to all NSF cheques. The Event Organizer has the right to approve or decline all applicants. An application can be submitted by emailing or by faxing it to (780)-481-0278 no later than

July 20, 2007.
