A wireless system is placed at 60 different spots across the city, delivering emergency information in a time of disaster. However, the weather conditions could possibly make it difficult to receive the information clearly. In order to get this issue solved, Hofu city offers a toll-free telephone service to deliver recorded information. The service starts on Feb. 2 ( Mon.)
