  1. Payment Options

In order to secure your booking, you must return the booking form and purchase order details (if applicable) directly to us.

An invoice will then be raised and issued to the main contact. Once the invoice has been received, payment can be made in one of three ways. Please the box of your preferred method of payment.

Once you have received the invoice, please ensure that a BACs payment is set up in accordance with the bank details provided and payment terms. Where possible, please send confirmation of the payment date. This will ensure a swift booking confirmation.

  1. Terms and Conditions: Return of this booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement.
  1. Booking and Payment

Payment must be received in full within 28 days of invoice date and is non-refundable. Payment in full must be received before attendance at the conference. Confirmation of booking will be issued after payment is received. Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of payment, not receipt of booking form. It may be necessary, for reasons beyond our control, to alter the contents, speakers, timings or venue of this event.

  1. Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Fees are non-refundable. Should you not be able to attend, you may nominate a representative to attend on your behalf. Please advise us immediately if you wish to transfer your place.

  1. Late Bookings/Payments

  1. Force Majeure

Electrical Safety First does not accept any liability resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, transport disruptions, individual transport delays, fires, insurrection or riots, embargoes, interruption of power supplies, disruption to the supply of computer hardware or software, communication loss or failure, compliance with any applicable legislation or regulations of any civil or military authority.

  1. Additional Requirements

If you have any additional needs, e.g. wheelchair access, large print, etc. please inform us no later than one month prior to the event.

  1. Data Protection

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the information provided will be used by Electrical Safety First for administrative purposes only and retained on a database.
