I have been a Verizon customer for many years and chose your company for the quality of services you advertised.
However, as a Resident, Guest, Employee within the Town of Seven Devils, North Carolina, my experience with Verizon cellular service has been inferior. Recently, a new cellphone tower was built in the Town of Seven Devils by Carolina West, with our hope that Verizon would soon add on but nothing ever happened so the Verizon signal is still very weak and unreliable.
The purpose of this letter is to make a plea to Verizon to piggyback as a major carrier to the existing cellphone tower. This would be a great service to all your customers who spend time in the Town of Seven Devils, whether for a day, a week, or a lifetime. Equally important, it would keep me and others as happy and satisfied Verizon customers, knowing you listened to our concerns.
