You will directly contribute fresh research, innovative best practices and local, regional and national benchmarking to help inform this work. The Research & Data Analyst will be a cheerleader for measuring what matters, engaging in everything from administering surveys to reporting results to using continuous feedback and action planning to help team members focus their efforts on the most important key outcome areas. In this way, we will move input to action.We’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for change. The ideal candidate will have excellent get-up-and-go, with a great attitude, work ethic and follow through.

Can you handle numerous tasks at the same time? Are you able to prioritize, meet deadlines, work independently and happily jump in as needed? Do you love research and writing? If so, we’re looking for you. The Research & Data Analyst will apply both qualitative and quantitative techniques to help our network be the best it can be.

Job Skills and Requirements

Diagnose: analytical skills. Data analysts often work with large amounts of data sets. We’re looking for someone who loves facts, figures and number-crunching. But we also need someone who can see patterns through the data, be comfortable listening deeply to and closely tracking feedback, and be able to support our efforts to turn input into improvement as we build a working theory of action.

Engage: communication skills. Showcasing the work of our partners is just one of our many favorite things. Through this role, you will be an awesome communicator. You will help Achieve Escambia shine a light on positive outcomes. You will help promote the practices and partnerships that matter most in moving the needle on educational and workforce outcomes in our community.

Focus: critical thinking & creativity. We’re a small but mighty team with a bold goal of building the infrastructure that can help our partners create a culture of improvement for the betterment of learners of all ages. You will use equal doses of critical thinking and creativity to help create better alignment, engagement toward common goals, and the highest level of support services to those choosing to engage with Achieve Escambia.
