Registration Fee Details:

Registrations received after June 20th cannot be guaranteed housing at Granlibakken. The last day to submit registrations will be Wednesday, August 5, 2003.

Every person who attends any of the scientific sessions of the meeting must be registered.

Complete Package: Includes conference registration, four nights accommodation at Granlibakken, all meals, refreshments, receptions and ground transportation from Davis or Reno (if needed).

Registration Only: Includes registration, meals, reception and incidental charges (NO HOUSING INCLUDED).

Spouses/Guests: This fee applies to adults and all children over the age of 2 years. This rate applies when sharing the same room as a registered conference participant and is a per person rate. (ALL MEALS INCLUDED).

Granlibakken is located two hours from Davis, and 55 minutes from the Reno airport. Transportation from Davis and from the Reno airport at fixed times will be included in the cost of registration. Transportation from Reno outside the set times will be provided by Granlibakken at a cost of $30 one way, payable to Granlibakken, (rate based on at least two passengers). This must be booked in advance. Call 800-543-3221. You will be informed of the set times for organized transportation when we receive attendees itineraries.

Accommodations:

Lodging consists of one, two and three bedroom townhouses, and suites comprised of studio and bedroom. All rooms have private bath, cable TV and direct-dial phones. Kitchens, fireplaces, dining areas, lofts and decks or patios are also typical.

Note: Please list the names of other registered conference participants, whom you wish to share accommodations with, under housemate or roommate. List the name of the guest/spouse, registered to stay with you during the conference, under guest.

Cancellation Policy:

The policy of the conference center is that any cancellation (received in writing) after August 1, 2003 will be charged $100.00 per registrant (spouse/guest will be charged $25.00), in addition to a $25 administrative processing fee. No shows are charged two nights at the package rate. Cancellations prior to August 1, 2003 are usually processed after the conclusion of the conference and will be refunded minus a $25 administrative processing fee.
