A copy of the ABC permit must be presented with this agreement and the original document must be posted at your event. Failure to do this will void the agreement with no refunds.
All rentals require a separate check for the rental and deposit. Deposits are returned upon inspection of the facility.

*If the renter so chooses, an additional $60 may be paid to ERA to provide clean-up. The following clean-up responsibilities must be performed to ensure a complete deposit return.

ERA is not responsible for the loss or damage to personal property. The renter is responsible to make restitution to ERA for any damages to ERA property during the event. All events, including clean-up, must be concluded by 12:00 a.m. Failure to meet this deadline will result in $120 per hour charge until all persons leave the premises.

Rental agreement, deposit/rental checks are due 7 days prior to rental date to hold reservations.
Patio Rental (shaded area next to clubhouse)
Available for rental during normal operating hours. Minimal rental: 3 hours
Refundable Deposit: Members - $25 Non-members - $35
Rental Fee: Members - $50 Non-members - $60
Clubhouse Rental
Available for rental by the hour from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. during pool season. Minimum rental: 2 hours. In season rental without pool still requires a lifeguard. Reservations for lifeguards is required through the pool management company. ABC permit is required if alcohol is served. The clubhouse may be rented during the off-season any time between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m. Lifeguard fees do not apply. Minimum rental: 2 hours.

Rental Fee: Members - $35/hour Non-members - $45/hour
Pool Rental
Available for rental by the hour from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. during pool season. Minimum rental: 2 hours. ABC permit is required if alcohol is served. Reservations for lifeguards is required through the pool management company.

Rental Fee: Members - $25/hour Non-members - $35/hour
Lifeguard Policy
Lifeguards are required during the pool season for pool and clubhouse rentals. Extra hourly fees must be paid to lifeguards staying past pool closing. ERA will work with the pool management company and you to secure the necessary lifeguards.
