- Security - $200 Cap
- Miscellaneous - $500Cap
Event Series
- Do the events share a common format or do they occur during a two-week time span from the date of the first event?
- Please send a Post Event Update after the first event in the event series.
- Does your projected student attendance reflect unique students?
Travel Allocations
- Was the application submitted at least 7 days prior to the travel?
- Tell me about the travel your group wants to do.
- Where will you be and for what?
- How many days will you be there?
- How many nights will you be there?
- How many TU students are going?
- Is the trip open to all TU students?
- If open:
- Was it advertised 14 days prior to the travel to all students, and did it reach students outside the organization’s members?
- Do you have at least 2 forms of advertising from the following list:
- Flyers that reach a variety of students
- Chalk
- Digital Signage
- Event Calendar
- All School Email
- Was there a fair sign-up process that did not favor one student over another if space was limited?
- Is the travel conditional to any prior participation?
- If so, was the trip advertised prior to those activities and the link between participation and eligibility to attend the travel made explicit at that time?
- If closed, an organization may only receive 50% of total expenses or $100/per person, whichever is greater.
