Event Series

  1. Do the events share a common format or do they occur during a two-week time span from the date of the first event?

Travel Allocations

  1. Was the application submitted at least 7 days prior to the travel?

  2. If so, was the trip advertised prior to those activities and the link between participation and eligibility to attend the travel made explicit at that time?
  1. If closed, an organization may only receive 50% of total expenses or $100/per person, whichever is greater.
