Event Orders VFW Fish Fry
Community Service –Friday, 28 October 2016
Mission: Cadets will help with the set-up and service during the monthly VFW Fish Fry at the VFW Hall. Volunteer work will consist of carrying food from the cooking area to the serving area, setting up cups for drinks, keeping the salad bar clean, cleaning tables and stacking tables and general clean up at the end of the event.
Reporting Time: 4:30 PM at VFW
End Time: 8:30 pm
Locations of Event: VFW Hall (Across the river from San Gabriel Park)
Address: 1000 N. College St. Georgetown, TX 78626
Transportation: Cadets must provide their own transportation to and from the event.
Food: Cadets will be fed by the VFW.
Uniform: NJROTC t-shirt and pants/shorts. Remember you are representing Liberty Battalion, so please make sure you are in appropriate attire.
