How to Use This Form:
If You Have a Project Management Certification
If you have a project management certification, such as PMP, PgMP, or CAPM, then you may use the information on this form to claim PDU credits for attending this event. You can claim your PDUs by visiting www.pmiwdc.org/Development and following the link titled “Enter Your PDUs Here.”
You will be asked to log in to PMI’s PDU Transcript system. Once you have logged in, select “report professional development units” and follow the steps below:
Step 1: Enter “Category 3” PDUs and “Report a Component 1-2 PDU Event.
Step 2: Enter “C046” as Component ID. Do not fill in the Component name field.
Step 3: Click on the Component ID search result.
Step 4: Enter all activity information as it is listed above. Use the PMIWDC office information as contact information.
Mail and Fax Submissions
We encourage all attendees to use the online system for logging PDUs. But, you may also submit your PDU information by mail or by fax if you prefer. Contact PMIWDC at 703.683.4804 or for instructions.
If You Are Not Certified
If you are not certified, you may still use this documentation as proof that you received project management education. If you choose to apply for a certification in the future, you may use this education credit to meet the minimum educational requirements.
