Sell the idea:

·  ENTER: First Knight Theme Song

·  Enter Jake & Ali from stage door.

o  Jake: I am King , Lord of the south

o  Ali: And I am Diedra Damsel, Hello.

·  Jose comes in from the back swinging his sword in an attempt to rescue the "damsel in distress". Jose draws attention to himself by waving his sword around like he is fighting his way to the stage. Jose says some knightly things like "Do not fear my lady for it is I, Sir Jose, and I have come to rescue you." Ali the whole time is confused and says things to try and stop him like, "actually I am fine, I don't need to be rescued." But Jose is convinced that she needs to be saved so he makes his way to the stage, attempts to pick her up, but in his over confident tone actually struggles & doesn't accomplish it. All the while causes the damsel to grow more annoyed. He says "forget it" yells to the crowd, "Now is the time to grab your swords and help me defend the crown!!!" And we run out of the building.

Setup:
• Four teams with head leader and color
• 5-10min: Team name/chant
Event:
Phase 1:

·  Build a sweet castle with styrofoam and tape

·  Contest: Ali will judge

Phase 2:

·  Bring teams up in lines - give water balloons in rounds - destroy the castles!

·  Limit the amount of tape - not super sturdy

·  Slow up pace ... two teams against each other diagonally.

·  Cory will be judging the sturdy castles & damage

·  Lisa will be judging for team spirit

·  STORM THE CASTLE: Throw water balloons in a line, allowing the other team to block with pieces of cardboard

·  WEAKEN THE CASTLE: Throw water baloons in a line, not allowing the other teams to block your castle.

·  2 CANNON SHOTS: Three people from each team bring a launcher
