Access /
  • Next to the Catho.
  • Upon arrival, you will be provided with your room key, as well as the magnetic badge to open the outside door.
  • To open the door, wave the badge in front of the scanner on the left. To exit, press the silver button on the right.

Room /
  • Each room is equipped with a bed, armoire, desk, sink, fridge, chair and mirror.
  • Bedding (sheets, blanket, pillow) and dishes (cutlery, bowl, plate, glass) are provided.
  • Towels are not provided by the residence.

Bathrooms /
  • Each floor has showers and toilets.

Technology /
  • There are no telephones in the rooms. Wired internet.

Common spaces /
  • In the basement there is a TV room with couches and a study room.
  • The residence also has a courtyard with a few tables and chairs. You can access it through the kitchen.

Kitchen /
  • The kitchen is also located on the ground floor.
  • Students provide their own dish soap but generally a bottle is available.
  • You are responsible for cleaning up any mess that you make. Failure to do so may result in the kitchen being closed.

Breakfast /
  • The breakfast room is located on the ground floor.
  • A self-serve breakfast is available Monday –Friday (excluding public holidays) - 7am -9am.
  • Outside of these hours, bread, jams, milk, and butter will available in the kitchen.

Laundry /
  • Laundry facilities are located on the first floor.
  • There is one washer and one dryer.
  • Laundry tokens can be bought from the caretaker at breakfast for 1 €.
  • There is a sign-up sheet in the laundry room.

Housekeeping /
  • The rooms will be cleaned every other week.
  • Please clear your floors. Messy rooms will not be cleaned.
  • There is generally a schedule posted on the message board at the bottom of the stairs that will tell you when your floor is going to have its rooms cleaned.
  • You must provide your own garbage bags.

Garbage and recycling /
  • The garbage room is located next to the kitchen on the ground floor. The receptacle with a red lid is for recyclables.
  • The bin with the gray lid is for garbage.

  • Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
  • Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. Usage or possession may lead to expulsion.
