Notification of registration by the Financial Services Commission in Gibraltar of a EuSEF Manager or update of information already notified.

The Financial Services Commission in Gibraltar notifies that:

is registered by Gibraltar’s Financial Services Commission in accordance with Article 15(2) of Regulation (EU) No 346/2013 to manage the funds indicated in the table below. The manager intends to market the EuSEF in the Member State(s) also indicated in the table below.

The EuSEF Manager warrants and undertakes that this passporting notification form has completed truthfully and fully and has disclosed any other information which might reasonably be considered relevant for the purpose of this notification.
