Auctioneer’s Note: Elton (Tubby) and Ann Goodson had been married for 53 years. Ann was owner and operator of the Southern Belle antique store in Chelsea for 20+ years. Ann had an eye for antiques and collected for her enjoyment. Ann passed away last summer and Elton wants to slow down. Part of this auction is also for Elton’s sister Roberta and her husband. We are still finding more things to sell so check out our pictures on the website. Preview on auction day only. Lots of pasture parking. Loader equipment available on auction day.
