ESL010 Grammar I – Final Exam Study Guide

The final exam has questions on all of the grammar topics we studied in this class (simple present, present progressive, and simple past verb tenses and various prepositions and time phrases).

You need to review the information in the textbook and workbook for Chapter 1 Using Be, Chapter 2 Using Be and Have, Chapter 3 Using the Simple Present, Chapter 4 Using the Present Progressive, and Chapter 8 Expressing Past Time Part 1.

The questions on the test are similar to questions you had on your previous three chapter tests. Look at your old tests! If you made mistakes, check with your book, another student, a tutor, or your instructor so that you don’t repeat those mistakes on the final exam.
