To register your school to participate in the Science Olympiad, complete this form and email it as an attachment to Jill McIntyre at:

To complete the form, just tab and type: Do NOT press the return or enter keys. Please do not type in all caps (BOB SMITH) or all lower case (bob smith). Make it case appropriate (Bob Smith).

Because there is limited space available, we will have two “rounds” of on-time registration. A school may register for up to two teams with this form, but only the first one will be officially registered in the first round. If there is still space after the first round, the second team will be registered.

The first round of registration closes on Friday, November 12. The second round is Saturday, November 13, through Friday, January 21, 2011.

You may choose to register one team now and register another after the first round if space permits.

Pending space available, late registrations will be accepted from 1/21/11 – 4/1/11.

The last date to register a school or team is 4/1/11 (presuming that there is space available).

The on-time registration fee is $40.00 per team until 1/20/11. Late registration ($60) is 1/21/11 – 4/1/11. We hope to find sponsors who will pay not only for the registration fee but also for t-shirts. At this time, we can not promise that we will be able to do so. If we do find sponsors, we will arrange to have the registration fee funded.

Each team is also responsible for providing one volunteer to help judge the events. Volunteers/judges should volunteer by filling out the form at the SCOE web site by 4/1/11.

Checks or Purchase order should be made out to SCOE and sent to the following address when you register. (If you pay for two and are only allowed one team, we will refund the second team’s registration fee.)
