Their investigation led to the arrest of 43 y/o Margaret Vucetic of Grand Island, for Driving While Intoxicated. Vucetic refused to submit a sample of her breathe for chemical analysis. Vucetic was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Grand Island Court and she was released to a sober 3rd party.
9/1 / Bush Rd. / Drunk Driving / Deputies responded to a report of a motor vehicle that crashed into a residence on Bush Rd. Deputies investigation led to the arrest of 29 y/o Gregory Golde of Grand Island, for Driving While Intoxicated and other traffic infractions. Golde refused to submit a sample of his breathe for chemical analysis and was transported to a local area hospital with seemingly non-life threatening injuries. Golde was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Grand Island Court.

9/2 / Broadway / Shots Fired / Complainant states that he heard subjects in the yards on Broadway, and then he heard 3 shots fired in the area. Deputies checked the area but were unable to locate any subjects.

9/2 / East River Rd. / Reckless Operation / Complainant states that a pickup truck was swerving all over the road. Deputies checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle.
9/3 / Calvano Dr. / Property Found / Complainant states that he found a wallet and wanted to turn it over to Patrol. Deputies were able to contact the owner and return the property.
9/3 / Grand Island Blvd. / Disorderly Person / Employees at FantasyIsland state that a subject was becoming disorderly in the park. The subject left without incident prior to Patrols arrival.

9/3 / Staley Rd. / Animal Complaint / Complainant states that a large bird seemed to be injured on the side of the roadway. Deputies checked the area but were unable to locate the animal.
9/4 / Harvey Rd. / Suspicious Person / Complainant states that a suspicious male was walking through people’s front yards during the early hours of the morning. Deputies checked the area but were unable to locate the subject.
9/4 / Ransom Rd. / Assault / Complainant states that while she was at Grand IslandHigh School, a known person assaulted her. Deputies investigation led to the arrest of a Juvenile Offender from Grand Island for Assault 3rd Degree (Class A Misdemeanor). The Juvenile Offender was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Grand Island Court and released to the custody of her mother.

Niver was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Grand Island Court.
9/6 / Ferry Rd. / Suspicious Person / Complainant states that a suspicious male was walking on Ferry Rd. during the late evening hours. Deputies located the subject who was walking home from a local business.
9/7 / East River Rd. / Suspicious Person / Complainant states that 2 male subjects were walking around River Oaks Marina and looked suspicious. Deputies checked the area but were unable to locate the subjects.
9/7 / Carl Rd. / Suspicious Person / Deputies located several subjects at the playground on Carl Rd. late at night. The subjects were advised and left the premise. No damage was observed.
9/7 / Grand Island Blvd. / Refer to Patrol / Complainant states that construction workers were using heavy machinery at First Niagara Bank late at night. Deputies advised the workers who ceased using the loud machinery.
