Erewash Youth Forum

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES SURVEY

The Erewash Youth Forum is a group of young people from the seven secondary schools and two specialist schools located within the Erewash borough. We meet once every two months to discuss issues that are relevant to young people.

At a recent meeting we talked about the types of social activities that are available for young people within the borough. We want to find out what other young people are interested in doing and, to help us with this, we’d be very grateful if you’d fill in this short survey.

By finding out what social activities you’re interested in we can then get in touch with the organisations that provide them to make sure that they’re giving us what we want.

Please complete the survey by no later than 21 October 2011. Thanks in advance for completing the survey.
