FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION 2018-2019SCHOOL YEAR

FACTS Management makes quality education affordable for families by assisting schools in awarding financial aid. FACTS works with schools to create a custom application and collect financial aid data so schools can make accurate award decisions based on financial need.

Limited scholarships are available for the 2018-2019 school year. Complete the online application and upload or fax all required supporting documentation by logging into .You may also access the link via the school website at Click on the Parent Document tab at the top. Click on the “FACTS” link. If you already have a login and password use the one you already have established.

If not, first time users and new familieswill need to create a username and password.

You can apply for financial aid from MARCH 1, 2018 to MAY 15, 2018

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS MAY 15, 2018

If applying after May 15th keep in mind that funds are even more limited or may be unavailable after this date

You may login to your FACTS user account to review the status of your application. Please allow 2 weeks processing time from the date you provided the supporting documents before inquiring further with FACTS about receipt and/or status of the uploaded or faxed documents.

The ECS School Board will contact you directlyonce your application has been approved and final decisions have been made. We expect that to be around July 1st.

NOTE: Award decisions are made by the ECS School board, based on FACTS results

*** Applying for Financial Aid is a separate process from enrolling in the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan. You do need to apply for Financial Aid each school year.

***If you are a returning family and are already enrolled in the Tuition Payment Plan you do not need to enroll again. FACTS will rollover to the new school year. We do ask that you verify all information is correct for the upcoming year.
