Episode 42: An Unknown Past Part II
Draco quietly walked through the hallway and quickly walked into an empty room.Draco then walked up to a wall and opened a secret hatch in the wall. Draco then pressed a few numbers and put a code in and the wall fell into the floor revealing a secret entrance. Draco then walked into the secret entrance and followed the trail downward. Suddenly as Draco walked through the trail two guys ran across the hallwayand leaned against the wall. Draco could see the two guys through several small holes in the wall. “Yo man do you think they saw us?” Cobalt asked. “No way dude” Titus replied, “I told you my plan would work perfectly.” “Titus!” Michelle was heard yelling down the hall. “Yeah except you didn’t predict Michelle man” Cobalt stated. “I had no idea she was going to be in the girl’s locker room when the plan went into effect” Titus explained, “Besides with the flash bang we set off no one saw us.” “But we saw them” Cobalt replied. “Yeah that really wasn’t the plan, I didn’t think that far through” Titus stated, “I just needed to get to Mr. Rasputin’s room to delete his email to the Professor.” “What was his plan again?” Cobalt asked leaning against the wall. “Your dads plan was to email the Professor about how I started the fight” Titus answered,“And how his teammates were just sticking together against me.” “But that’s not what happened” Cobalt replied. “It seems” Titus explained as he leaned against the wall as well, “That your dad trusts his teammates more than me.” “Is that a good thing?” Cobalt asked. “It would be” Titus answered cracking his knuckles, “With most people. It’d be better to trust your teammates over a random student.” Titus then looked up at Cobalt and stated, “However, I’m not most people.” “So, the jocks lied to my dad and he trusted them because he’s the coach of all of their teams?” Cobalt asked. “Yeah” Titus replied, “I guess that’d be a better way to put it dude.” “But won’t my dad know his email didn’t reach the Professor man?” Cobalt asked, “He’s bound to ask the Professor if he got his email.” “Got that covered” Titus answered, “I wrote the Professor a new email on Mr. Rasputin’s computer after I deleted his other email before he sent it.” “Damn this has to be one of your best plans yet man” Cobalt stated as Titus stood up straight, “I mean usually something goes wrong with your plans.” Cobalt then laughed as Titus put his hand against the wall. “And you have thought of a lot of plans” Cobalt continued saying as Titus slid his hand down the wall, “Like,‘A LOT’ of plans.” “Quiet dude” Titus stated to Cobalt holding his hand up. “What?” Cobalt asked. Draco continued to look through the small holes in the wall as the shadow of Titus’ hand passed the holes. Draco then slowly started to stand up, then slowly took a step back. Suddenly Titus’ metal arm crashed through the wall and grabbed Draco around the throat. Titus then ripped Draco through the wall and out into the hallway.
“What the fuck man!?” Cobalt yelled as he covered his head laying on the ground. Titus looked at Draco and Draco slowly stood up. “Who are you?” Titus asked. “How did you hear me?” Draco asked in response ignoring Titus’ question, “No one ever hears me.” “Well if you were listening while spying on us I just said I’m not like most.” Titus answered, “Now where have I seen you before?” “Seen me?” Draco asked, “No one has ever seen me in a long time.” “Ok, who the hell is the gargoyle dragon?” Cobalt asked. “Prepare yourself” Titus stated, “I’m going to try to use my memory.” Titus then looked at Draco and nodded. “Corbin” Titus said, “Isn’t it?” “Who the hell is Corbin?” Cobalt asked, “Man can’t we just have one normal plan where we don’t get caught or run into a distraction or, a gargoyle dragon named Corbin?” “Doesn’t seem so dude” Titus answered. “Hey Titus!” A jock said as he walked over to Titus, Cobalt, and Draco. “What nooow-shit” Titus replied as he turned and looked at the jock. The jock then snapped a picture of Titus, Cobalt, and Draco. “Nice stunt you pulled to get Coach Rasputin’s email erased” The jock stated, “Didn’t think you had the guts, or the mind to pull it off.” “Well I live to impress” Titus replied with a bow. The jock then snapped another photo of Titus, Cobalt, and Draco. “Too bad what you did was for nothing” The jock explained, “Cause I’m sure the Professor would love to see how you and your two friends destroyed a wall in the school.” “I don’t see how destroying a wall is so bad” Titus replied. “Well it would open the opportunity for me to tell the Professor exactly what happened on the fountain fight. Personally, from my own lips.” “Well then looks like I’ll be taking out two things” Titus replied as he shot two adamantium blades into his hands, “That camera of yours and-” Titus then pointed his blade at the jocks mouth.The jock covered his mouth and ten more jocks ran over to the sides of him. “Didn’t you like all of you get injured at the fountain fight” Cobalt asked, “How the hell are there more of you?” “Cobalt” Titus said to Cobalt as he sliced his blades against each other, “Plans about to go to shit.” “Of, course it is…” Cobalt replied as he turned metal.
The jock holding the camera quickly turned and ran down the hall. “Cobalt, Corbin, you two deal with these jocks!” Titus yelled as he ran forward and grabbed two jocks by the throat and slammed them to the ground, “I’ll deal with the tattletale.” Titus then ran down the hall after the jock with the camera. The eight remaining jocks turned and looked at Titus as he ran down the hall. Suddenly Cobalt grabbed one of the jocks and threw him into the wall. “Hey gargoyle dragon thing” Cobalt said as he picked a jock up by the throat, “Let’s go man!” “I don’t fight” Draco replied. “What!?” Cobalt asked in a high pitched voice. The six jocks then jumped onto Cobalt and staggered him back against a wall. One of the jocks then punched Cobalt but broke his hand against Cobalt’s metal skin. Cobalt then threw two jocks off of him then grabbed one jock and threw him into another jock. Cobalt then lifted a jock off of him with both hands and threw him against the ground. Cobalt then threw another jock off of him and then grabbed the remaining two jocks and slammed them into each other. Cobalt then cracked his neck to the sides. “Leave it to us to find a rare dragon THAT DOESN’T EVEN FIGHT!” Cobalt yelled. A jock charged at Draco and swung at him but Draco ducked under the punch and dodged it. The jock then threw two more punches at Draco but Draco dodged both strikes as well. The jock then went to spear Draco but Draco quickly spun to the side and the jock smashed into the wall. The jock slowly got himself up and went to attack Draco again but Cobalt suddenly Spartan kicked the jock threw the wall. “Damn jocks!” Cobalt yelled after kicking the jock through the wall, “Think they all high and mighty and popular. Until I stick my damn foot up their ass and kick them off their royal thrones.” Cobalt laughed to himself then turned to Draco. “So what’s up with you man?” Cobalt asked. Draco stared at Cobalt and didn’t answer. “Hm, quiet eh?” Cobalt asked, “I was the same way, recently actually. Anyway, we should probably get out of here and go check on Titus.” Cobalt looked down the hall and stated, “He couldn’t have gotten too far.” While Cobalt looked down the hall Draco slowly stepped back and then entered the hole in the wall and started to run down the trail. “Knowing Titus he probably knocked into like several people, ran through a door, a few lockers, ran over something,-“ Cobalt then looked back and saw Draco wasn’t there. “Hey man!” Cobalt yelled as he ran into the destroyed wall. Cobalt then looked down the trail and saw Draco’s wing disappear in the distance. “Yo man!” Cobalt yelled as he ran after Draco, “Corbin! Dragon Gargoyle! Come on man wait! I ain’t big on cardio!”
The jock with the camera pushed people out of the way as he ran down the hall. The jock then looked behind him and saw Titus running after him. “Excuse me!” Titus yelled as he pushed people out of the way chasing after the jock, “Look alive! Move your ass sir! Your face is about to meet that locker!” Titus then passed a blonde and stopped suddenly and walked back up to the blonde. “Well hello” Titus said as he walked up to the blonde and handed her a card, “That has my name, grade, height, Instagram account, and number on it. Text me if you want to meet up. Now excuse me as I chase an asshole down and cut his tongue out.” Titus then started to run after the jock again. Titus moved two students out of the way as he saw the jock in the distance. The jock quickly turned down another hallway and Titus slid and stopped himself against the wall and turned down the hallway as well. “You’re dead now ass!” Titus yelled as he got closer when suddenly a locker opened in front of Titus and hit him in the face. Titus flew into the air and then landed on his back. “Ow!” Titus yelled as he covered his face. “No running in the halls” Kristie stated as she put her books in her locker. “What the hell Kristie?” Titus asked as he got himself back up. “What?” Kristie asked, “Your face collided with my locker.” “We” Titus said holding his finger up then watched the jock continue running in the distance, “Will talk about this later.” Titus then gently slapped Kristie on the cheek and then continued to run after the jock. A wall suddenly opened up in the hallway and Draco walked out of the wall into the hallway. Cobalt then ran out of the wall behind Draco. “Huh…damn man…” Cobalt said out of breath as he put his hand on Draco’s shoulder, “What did we just run through?” Suddenly the jock with the camera passed Draco and Cobalt. “Wait was that the man with the camera?” Cobalt asked. “Cobalt!” Titus yelled to Cobalt as he ran toward Draco and Cobalt, “Leaping tiger!” “Leaping tiger?” Cobalt asked, “Shit which one was that again?” “Considering the name, I suggest he would leap off of you and strike the target such as a tiger.” Draco explained. “Oh right!” Cobalt replied. Cobalt then bent down against the ground and Titus jumped off of Cobalt’s back and sprung into the air and then landed on top of the jock and forced him to the ground. When Titus brought the jock to the ground the jocks camera slid across the floor toward the lockers. Titus then flipped the jock onto his back and then punched him in the face twice. Titus then shot a blade out of his wrist into his hand and held it against the jocks mouth. “You know what happens to a rat?” Titus asked. “Titus…” Beast said walking over to Titus, “What are you doing?” “Well, I’m not about to cut this jocks tongue out for being a rat” Titus replied still holding his blade against the jocks mouth “If that’s what you’re thinking.” Draco slowly started to back away but Cobalt grabbed Draco by his arm. “Hey Corbin” Cobalt said to Draco as he grabbed him, “You’re gonna need to stay, we need you on our side man.” “Please get off the jock Titus” Beast said to Titus, “We will discuss this with the Professor.” “Ha!” The jock yelled, “We would love to-“ Titus quickly slashed his blade and blood went against the lockers followed by the jocks scream of pain. “Yeah, we’re definitely going to need you now man” Cobalt stated to Draco as he covered his mouth.
Titus, Cobalt, Draco, and Beast stood across from Professor Xavier’s desk in his office. “So” Professor Xavier stated breaking the silence, “To be clear: You got into another fight besides the fountain fight taking out the remaining jocks we had in this school, you put a major hole in the wall, and you cut one of the jocks tongues out.” “Yes…” Titus replied sitting in one of the chairs, “I believe that is it.” “I must say Colossus is not very happy” Professor Xavier explained, “And after he just sent a fantastic and respectful email about you Titus.”“Yeah…” Titus replied. “If I may step in” Beast said standing behind Titus, “Titus-even if he may get into many fights, especially over the years…and, many of the fights end in bloodshed and major injury to many-“ “Where are you going with this Mr. McCoy?” Titus asked. “Yes, I would like to know as well” Professor Xavier stated. “I am getting at” Beast continued, “That Titus usually doesn’t get involved in a fight without good reason.” “Thank you, Mr. McCoy” Titus said looking up at Beast. “Good point Hank” Professor Xavier replied, “So Titus what was it.” “What was what?” Titus asked looking at Professor Xavier. “What was the cause of this fight” Professor Xavier asked, “Surely there must be a good reason in why you had Cobalt here attack ten of the remaining jocks and then proceeded to tackle another jock to the ground and take his tongue out.” Titus looked up again at Beast and Beast shrugged. “I got nothing kid” Beast said to Titus. “Well the jocks did charge at me” Cobalt stated. “Yes I’m aware” Professor Xavier replied to Cobalt, “You’re reasoning is fine Cobalt. You are free to go” “Oh, great to hear” Cobalt said standing up. “Um, dude?” Titus said looking at Cobalt. “I’ll wait for you outside man” Cobalt replied giving Titus a thumbs up, “Good luck!” Titus slapped himself in the face. “Thanks Cobalt…” Titus said hiding his face with his hand. Cobalt then left Professor Xavier’s office and Professor Xavier looked at Titus and Titus smiled at him. “Titus” Professor Xavier said leaning forward, “Sometimes, disappointing a person you care about is better than causing chaos. Think about the future consequence before taking immediate action.” Titus looked up from his hand and nodded at Professor Xavier. “Titus was trying to stop the one jock from showing you these pictures” Draco suddenly said from the wall as he held up the jocks camera. “Ah, forgot you were present here Corbin” Professor Xavier replied. “Impeccable timing Corbin” Titus said as he looked back at Draco. “The jock had pictures he was going to use against Titus” Draco continued to explain, “Use to get you to turn against Titus.” “And what pictures were these?” Professor Xavier asked. “Nothing major” Draco answered, “Besides the camera was destroyed in the collision between the two anyway, along with the pictures.” Draco put the camera on Professor Xavier’s desk and Professor Xavier picked up the camera and examined it. The camera’s front lens was broken along with the rest being mostly crushed. Beast smiled as he watched Professor Xavier examine the camera. “Ah yes” Professor Xavier said as he continued to examine the camera, “It seems Titus, that you have a witness that is an ally; and any evidence that could be held against you is destroyed or, unable to speak.” “So…?” Titus asked. “So, you are free to go” Professor Xavier answered. “Hm, really not at all how I expected that to go” Titus stated as he stood up. “Seems you had a good witness” Beast said as he looked over at Draco. “Agreed” Titus replied as he looked over at Draco as well, “Corbin, I thank you.” Draco grinned and slowly nodded to Titus. “And to be honest” Titus continued to say, “I really didn’t know you spoke that much.” “Ok that’s great we’re all very surprised” Professor Xavier interrupted, “Can you get to a class now? I feel like it’s every day you are here.” “Eh, almost every day” Titus answered, “I’ll see you Professor. Probably tomorrow with how everything goes here.” “Oh please Jesus I hope not” Professor Xavier replied.
Titus left Professor Xavier’s office and was greeted by Cobalt. “How’d it go man?” Cobalt asked. “Very well actually” Titus answered, “Thanks to Corbin.” “Did the Professor see the pictures on that jocks camera?” Cobalt asked. “Nope” Titus answered, “The camera was destroyed when I tackled the jock.” “What?” Cobalt asked, “That camera was fine after you collided into the jock, we picked it up after and it worked perfectly.” “I know” Titus answered. “So, then the dragon gargoyle is cool man?” Cobalt asked. “Yeah dude” Titus replied, “He’s cool, and his name is Corbin. Keep an eye on him. By the looks on how he tries to get around he must be hiding from someone, or something.”
