I am writing with regard to the information you requested under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and received in this department on the 08- Jan- 13.
Information Requested
You have requested the following information:
1) How many allotment sites are there in Hounslow for which theCouncil has access
to waiting list data?
2) What is the total number of plots on these sites?
3) What is the total number of people on waiting lists for these
sites?
4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?
5) How many new allotment sites on council land were brought intouse in 2011 and
2012? Please give:
a) number of new sites
b) names of new sites
c) total area of new land in hectares
d) total number of new plots

Confirmation that the information is/is not currently held by the London Borough of Hounslow
In response to the questions asked under the Freedom of Information Act, I’ve answered these as far as I can where they apply to John Laing, although some need to be addressed by Hounslow Council:
1)I can confirm that there are currently 30 allotment sites which the local Authority have access to the data.
2)The total number of currently available plots on all of these sites is 1903
3)The total number of people on the waiting lists is currently 792
4)The following waiting lists on the following sites are currently closed to further applications:
- The Promenade
- Burial Ground
- Staveley Road
- Thames Road
- Dukes Meadows
5) I can confirm that no new allotment sites were brought into use in 2011 and 2012
