Officials: Every team will be responsible for officiating duties (up and down), line judges, scoreboard and scorebook during a teams “down time”. Please provide your own whistles for the officials. Two adult officials must be for grades 4th, 5th, and 6th. One adult official must be for grades 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th/12th.
Each Team must: Provide their own warm-up balls. Provide your own whistles. Provide officials, line judges, and score keepers. Game balls will be provided.
Membership and Waiver Information: All Coaches, Club and Individual Players must have a current AAU membership to participate. If a membership card is not presented, tournament directors will have extra forms available for a / new card and will be sent to Teresa P. (Iowa AAU Chairperson). ** When a team qualifies for the Gold Tournament, it is the responsibility of each individual coach to send the above competed team entry form and fee to the specific Gold Tournament Director for their specific grade division per team. Gold tournament deadline date for forms and fee is Mon., March 15, 2010. All forms and fees MUST be in Gold Tournament Directors possession on or before March 15, 2010. Gold Tournament date for all grade divisions is Sat., March 27, 2010.
