LASERLINE® programme
End-to-end solutions for greater productivity
Munich/Hanover, 25 October 2016 – Linde is showcasing its highly diverse LASERLINE® portfolio for laser welding, cutting and surface treatment at EuroBlech 2016. The industrial gases specialist is a one-stop shop covering the full spectrum from bespoke gases and gas mixtures through tailored supply equipment to comprehensive services – all backed by Linde's extensive process know-how. This end-to-end offering enables customers to significantly increase productivity levels across all laser applications.
LASERLINE® products are the perfect blend of quality and cost efficiency. This commitment to quality and value starts with Linde’s range of gases and gas mixtures. The company offers pure gases as well as LASERMIX® gas mixtures for CO2 laser systems. These high-purity gases ensure consistent performance, cost effective operations and high laser availability. Linde also continually adapts its portfolio to meet evolving customer needs.
The company complements this selection of gases with process gases in LASERLINE® quality. Reaching beyond pure laser gases, the LASGON® programme comprises bespoke process gas mixtures for laser welding. Each mixture is tailored to the task at hand. The active components are balanced to ensure the perfect match for every material challenge across the full spectrum from low-alloy coated or uncoated surfaces through ferritic and austenite CrNi stainless steels to aluminium and copper. LASGON® products guarantee stable welding processes, fast speeds and high-quality outcomes.
LASERLINE®gas supply solutions
Gas quality is not the only factor that affects the results of laser cutting, welding and surface treatment processes. Gas supply schemes play an important role too. Which is why Linde offers LASERLINE®-grade gas supply systems, designed specifically to enhance process stability and cost efficiency of laser operations. The company is showcasing its REDLINE® range of products for laser process gases at EuroBlech. Linde experts size and tailor each system to individual customer needs, ensuring close alignment with all technical and efficiency goals. High-quality components and years of experience mean that customers can look forward to complete security of supply.
Gas management made easy with SECCURA® and ACCURA®
Rounding out its gases and equipment portfolio, Linde also offers gas management solutions that allow customers to entrust time-consuming administrative tasks to Linde. The SECCURA® and ACCURA® services – both of which are available for laser process gases – will also be on show at the company’s EuroBlech stand. SECCURA® monitors cylinder and bundle inventories or tank levels, automatically triggering up follow-up orders for uninterrupted gas supplies. ACCURA® for cylinders is a barcode-based cylinder management system, optimising inventory management by giving customers a transparent overview of cylinder holdings and expiry dates. ACCURA® for bulk helps high-volume customers to identify patterns in gas consumption. This solution supports planning, controlling and reporting processes, also helping customers to create safety and environmental reports for the ISO certification of gas supplies.
