CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM
INTRODUCTION
You can help AITC and yourself by participating in AITC’s Client Referral Program. If you are an eligible AITC employee, ex-employee or well-wisher, you can earn a cash award of $500 by referring a direct end-client if one of our consultants’ are placed in the client through direct vendorship, ineither a contract or perm position. In addition, you will receive anadditional amount of 5%of AITC’s profit margin, for all consultants working for referredclient for up to 1 year starting on date of 1st placement. Placed candidates need not be from referring person to qualify for bonuses.
WHO IS AN ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEE?
The Employee Referral Program is open to all regularly employed consultants, ex-employees and persons outside the organization. AITCplacement office staff is not eligible for this program.
HOW DO I REFER A DIRECT END-CLIENT?
Please print this official Client Referral Program form. Fill in the form with all requested information. Also, how you know the referral. Save completedform then email Referral bonus may not be eligible if, AITC is already a vendor or in the process of closing vendorship, client is not considered a Direct End-Client
HOW DO I GET MY CASH REWARD?
AITC will pay you a cash reward of $500 after the a candidate has been placed in client’s position and has completed one month of continuous employment with AITC, and is in good standing with client. 5% bonus is paid monthly, approx. 30 days after receipt of payment from client.

The Office of Consulting Services reserves the right to determine whether or not referred clients are qualified for the referral Program. AITC may modify or discontinue this Program at any time. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an individual basis. In the event a clientis referred from more than one source (example: 2 employees), the deciding factor will be the date of receipt of the referral application form to the Office of Consulting Services. On any conflicting issues, AITC’s decision will be final.
