TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Terms of payment:

Full payment required on receipt of invoice.

2. Selection of exhibitors/sponsorship is on a first-come first-served basis. All exhibition stands are 3x3m shell scheme stands (includes registration for 2 staff members)

3. This form constitute as a legal and contractual agreement. The signed form serves as confirmation that the company will be responsible for payment of the exhibition/sponsorship item/s selected.

4. Exhibition participation and positioning and sponsorship is confirmed on receipt of a signed contract and full payment.

5. Failure to comply with the payment could result in the forfeiture of your commitment, and any refund due will be at the discretion of the Conference Organising Committee.

6. All exhibition/sponsorship contracts are final and cannot be retracted.

7. The Conference Organising Committee reserves the right to decline exhibition/sponsorship bookings.

8. The law of South Africa governs this contract.

9. The Conference Organising Committee reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations governing exhibition at its discretion.

10. Logos must be provided in jpeg format and emailed to within 24 hours of commitment to ensure that we are able to offer maximum exposure.

11. Cancellation policy:

• All cancellations must be received by Onscreen Conferences in writing.

• Cancellations received by 2 December 2016 will receive a full refund, less a 10% handling fee on the full value committed.

• Cancellations received between 2 December 2016 and 2 July 2017 will receive a 50% refund on the full value committed.

• Cancellations received after 2 July 2017 will be liable for the full value committed.

• Refunds will be issued after the conference has taken place.
