Player Deletion and Refund Instructions

  1. The player deletion form is a MS Word document and it must be completed and emailed to the LLC as a Microsoft Word document. We do not accept PDF files, JPG files, faxed forms, or handwritten forms.
  2. Player deletions must be handled by the team captain and submitted to the Local League Coordinator (LLC) by email.
  3. Captains are responsible for explaining the refund policy to their players.
  4. The Player Deletion Form can be downloaded from the local league website League Rules and Forms page.
  5. The LLC will electronically sign the deletion form and forward it to the District Office for processing.
  6. After the deletion has been processed, the player will receive 2 separate checks. One check for the district league fee refund and a second check for the Local League fee refund. Mid Atlantic and Tennis Link fees are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 30 days.
  7. Players may not be deleted from a roster if they have already played in a match. This includes defaults.
  8. Player deletions must be submitted within 2 weeks of the end of the league season.

Player Transfer Instructions

  1. If a player has not yet played in a match, he or she may be transferred to another team in the same division if the seasons overlap. League fees will transfer, therefore no refunds will be issued.
  2. Captains should submit player transfer requests to the LLC by email. The email must include:
  3. League and level (For example, Adult Weekend League 3.0 women)
  4. player name
  5. player USTA #
  6. current team name and team number
  7. new team name
